LEGO® Therapy
LEGO® Based Therapy is a fun, child-led group program that uses children’s love of building to help them connect, communicate, and work together.
During sessions, children take on different team roles to build LEGO® creations together.
Through this process, they practise important skills like sharing ideas, taking turns, solving problems, and expressing their thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment.
Because the LEGO® System is structured and predictable, many children find it calming and engaging. The clear steps and rules make it easier for children to feel comfortable, focused, and successful — while still having fun and being creative.
LEGO® Based Therapy can support children who find social interaction or communication challenging. It’s especially helpful for children who are Autistic or have ADHD, Anxiety, or other neurodevelopmental differences — but most importantly, it’s an enjoyable and confidence-building way to learn and grow alongside others.
